"An ounce of behavior is worth a pound of words."

The Technique

The goal is to fulfill Sanford Meisner’s definition of acting:
To live truthfully under imaginary circumstances.
Through exercises, cold readings and scene study, you will learn an acting technique which will allow you to bring a VITALITY and UNIQUE expression to your acting.

You will:
-
Learn to work out of yourself, to be very specific, to be fully concentrated, expressive, and free, both physically and emotionally.

-
Acquire the skills necessary to be able to really listen as an actor and to respond impulsively.

-
Work on crafting and interpreting text, while combining this conscious work with the spontaneous, fully lived out, moment-to-moment acting, which will be the foundation of your work.
